How to use the sage stick:
Light one end of the sage stick and gently fan or blow on it to keep it smouldering. Move through the space, allowing the smoke to reach the corners of the room, as well as behind and underneath furniture where energy may feel stuck. Open cupboards and windows to allow fresh air and energy to circulate.
As you cleanse the space, set a clear intention. Intention is key when clearing energy. You might say:
"I ask that all negative energies or entities be gathered and taken to the light to be cleansed."
Then visualise the space filling with pure, loving energy of the highest good — perhaps glowing in a soft pink or bright white light.
Allow the sage to burn out naturally, or gently extinguish it when finished.
